How will my order be delivered?Updated 7 days ago

All orders are handled by our trusted network of Australian couriers to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Once your order is in transit, delivery times may vary. However, average transit times are as follows:

  • 1–3 business days for metro areas in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, and Melbourne

  • Up to 5 business days for metro areas in Adelaide and Perth

  • Longer transit times may apply for rural or remote locations

An estimated delivery cost will be calculated in your shopping cart, and the total shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. This amount will be charged when placing your order.


Shipping Timelines & Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on the product range. We encourage you to refer to individual product descriptions for each estimated lead time. 

While we strive to dispatch orders within the advertised timeframes, occasionally, unforeseen circumstances can occur, such as manufacturing or shipping delays. Should this happen, our customer service team will keep you informed.

Lighting Collective cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage once an order is in transit.


Delivery Addresses

Due to the size and nature of our products, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete street address at checkout. 

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we recommend nominating an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the delivery.

If no one is present at the time of delivery:

  • StarTrack may leave the goods at the premises

  • Australia Post eParcel will leave a collection notice directing you to the nearest Post Office

If you prefer not to authorise the courier to leave goods unattended, please advise us at the time of ordering. In some cases, an Authority to Leave (ATL) may be required before delivery can be made.


Ensuring Accurate Delivery

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Lighting Collective is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Partial Deliveries

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate deliveries depending on stock availability. We will notify you of any partial shipments using the contact details provided at checkout.
