Once "In-transit" delivery times may vary, however, average transit times are 1-3 business days for Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Melbourne metro areas.
To Adelaide & Perth metro areas, average transit times are 5 business days.
Transit times are often longer for more rural areas of the country.
All orders are entrusted to our reliable network of Australian Couriers, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. An estimate of the delivery cost will be calculated in your shopping cart, and the total cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. This total will be charged upon order submission.
Regarding the shipping timeline:
Lead times vary based on the product range, so kindly refer to the product descriptions for estimated lead times. Our commitment is to fulfil orders within the stated lead times. Yet, unforeseen situations may sometimes lead to shipping or manufacturing delays. Should such situations arise, we will make every effort to promptly inform you. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, loss, or damage associated with deliveries.
Delivery destinations:
We kindly request that you provide a complete street address for delivery, as our products' size and nature prevent us from delivering to PO Boxes. To ensure successful delivery, we recommend selecting an address where someone will be available during business hours to sign for the delivery. If the address is unattended, Startrack will leave the goods at the location, while Australia Post eParcel will provide a pickup notice at the nearest Post Office. If you prefer not to authorize goods to be left unattended, please inform us during the order placement, as certain deliveries may require an Authority to Leave (ATL) prior to delivery.

To ensure smooth delivery, please verify the accuracy of the provided delivery address during your order placement. Any inaccuracies in the address are beyond Lighting Collective's responsibility.
