  • In case of delivery damages, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • For faulty goods, notify us within the initial 48 hours of receiving your order. Rest assured, such matters will be addressed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Note that sale items can not be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except if they arrived in damaged or faulty condition.
  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not possible for special items or international orders.
  • We regretfully can't process returns, refunds, or exchanges for personal change of mind or incorrect orders.
