What if I need my products quickly?Updated a year ago

At Lighting Collective, we primarily partner with Star Track Express (Authority to Leave) and Fastway Couriers to ensure swift and reliable deliveries. 

Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST (NSW time) typically reach you within 1-5 business days. Please note that delivery times might be slightly longer in rural areas. Should you have queries regarding delivery timelines, our dedicated Customer Service Team is here to assist.

To estimate your delivery cost, utilize our shopping cart tool. The exact delivery total will be visible at checkout, before finalizing your order, and will be charged upon order submission.

For optimal delivery, consider an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the package. In instances of unattended delivery addresses, Star Track is authorized to leave the goods at the specified location.

It's worth noting that Fastway Couriers and Star Track Express generally do not serve post office boxes. For PO box deliveries or any special requests, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Kindly be informed that the delivery times we provide are estimations. While we strive for punctuality, Lighting Collective cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries, losses, or damage connected to such delays.

If your order encompasses multiple items, part deliveries may occur if certain stock is unavailable. We will diligently attempt to inform you using the contact details provided.

Lastly, please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address during order placement. Regrettably, Lighting Collective cannot accept responsibility for inaccurately entered delivery details.
