What does "Pre-order" mean?Updated a year ago

When you place an order under 'pre-order', your product may have a manufacturing delay and/or an unknown lead time. This means that when ordering an item that is currently on pre-order, you can secure the product and your order will be shipped at a later date as soon as the manufacturing delay is resolved, or the lead time is confirmed. 

Once, you have placed your pre-order we cannot cancel or refund for 'change of mind' or 'wrong decision' - please refer to our general returns policy.
