When you place an order for a ‘special item’, this product is specially made, assembled, or customised to order by Artisans and Designers from Australia or around the world. 

Once you have placed an order for a product labelled as a ‘special item’, we are unable to cancel, refund, exchange or return these products - please refer to our general returns policy.
